Our class times are 10:00, 15:00 and 19:00 (UTC+1), please have a look at the timezone map below, you can add or subtract the amount at the baseline of the map to find out the class times in your local timezone. You can click on the map to take you to the timeanddate website where there is an interactive map with cities and you can also use the time zone converter to find out the times of our classes in your own time zone. You can train as often as you like and whenever you want, the classes are free and open to anyone, but if you wish you can help us out with a donation using the details below.
The classes are open for attendance every day including weekends.

It’s a good idea to log in to the class ten minutes early in case of technical issues.

You can train once a week or every day or whatever suits you best, you can make your own training schedule it’s up to you, if you miss a class or take a break from training it’s not a problem you can fit right back in and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
